The In Control Program is your safe space to reset, recharge, and rediscover yourself. Through six transformational sessions, you’ll learn practical tools and powerful mindset shifts to help you parent consciously, communicate with love, and step into the calm, confident version of yourself that you—and your children—deserve.

This program won’t turn you into a “perfect parent.” But it will help you become a present, empowered, and peaceful parent—and that’s exactly what your child needs most.

Session 1: Reconnect with Yourself

Focus: Identity & Self-Rediscovery

Motherhood reshapes everything—your body, your time, your priorities, even your sense of self. Many moms feel like they’ve lost who they are outside of the role of “mom.” This session is about coming home to yourself.

Session 2: The Roots of Emotional Reactivity

Focus: Self-Awareness & Triggers

Every parent has moments when emotions take over—yelling, shutting down, or reacting in ways that don’t align with their values. These reactions often trace back to unhealed childhood experiences and unconscious patterns.

Session 3: Healing the Inner Critic

Focus: Inner Dialogue & Emotional Self-Compassion

The loudest voice we often hear is our own inner critic—the one whispering “You’re not a good enough mom” or “You should be doing more.” Left unchecked, this voice fuels anxiety, guilt, and burnout. In this session, we soften that inner dialogue.

Session 4: Conscious Communication with Your Child

Focus: Listening & Connection

Children don’t always need solutions—they need to feel heard. When you shift from reacting to responding with empathy, you build a relationship rooted in trust and connection.

Session 5: Boundaries with Love​

Focus: Listening & Connection

Boundaries are not walls—they are bridges to mutual respect. Many moms struggle with guilt around discipline, fearing they are either being too strict or too lenient. This session reframes discipline as teaching, not punishing.

Session 6: Integration & The New You

Focus: Confidence, Practice & Vision

Transformation doesn’t happen overnight—it’s built through consistent practice. In this final session, we celebrate your growth, equip you with daily tools, and set your vision for parenting with peace and confidence.
